Who we are
This website is operated by Ten of Cups, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, telephone number if you provide one, and the details of what you ordered.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.
If you subscribe to our emails, we collect your email address.
When you visit the site, our platform collects technical information including your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To fulfil your order — name, address, contact details and order details. Lawful basis: performance of a contract with you.
To keep accounting records — order and transaction records, retained for six years. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — technical and transaction data. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in protecting the business and our customers.
To send you marketing emails — email address, only if you have subscribed. Lawful basis: consent. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who we share it with
Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts this site and processes payments.
Contrado Imaging Ltd — our manufacturer and fulfilment partner. We pass them your name and delivery address so they can make and send your order.
Delivery carriers — your name, address and, where relevant, your email or telephone number for delivery notifications.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Our relationship with Shopify
This website is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of it in order to provide and improve the service. Information you submit here is transmitted to Shopify, and may be shared with third parties located in countries other than the one you live in.
We also use certain Shopify features that draw on data from your interactions with this store, with other merchants, and with Shopify itself. For those features Shopify is responsible for the processing, including for responding to any request you make to exercise your rights over it.

Transfers outside the UK

How long we keep it
Order and transaction records: six years from the end of the relevant tax year, as required for tax purposes.
Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
