These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, and a contract exists between us at that point.

If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is unavailable or we have identified an error in the price or description — we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total price you pay for the goods. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

Delivery costs are shown separately before you complete your order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Our products

Every towel is printed and made to order in England.

The fabric is 95% cotton, 5% linen, 228gsm. Towels measure approximately 70 × 50cm as supplied and settle to around 68 × 48cm after the first wash.

Because each item is made individually, there is slight variation in size and in the wave of the trim. Colours on your screen may differ a little from the printed cloth.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel, and how to do it, is set out in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy.

Faulty goods

We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Intellectual property

The artwork on our products is used under licence. The designs, photographs, text and layout on this website belong to us or to our licensors.

You may not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the artwork or any part of this website.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

We are not liable for business losses. Our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

Events outside our control

If our performance is delayed by something outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay. You may cancel and receive a full refund if the delay is substantial.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
