Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Cost

Delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum spend.

Timing

Every tea towel is printed and made after you order it. Nothing is held in stock.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery then takes a further 2-3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If an order is going to take significantly longer, we will tell you.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, email us at Queen@TenofCups.uk and we will put it right.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy.
